If you are in the Bay Area in CA, limited hand delivery is possible, please request in the NOTES section. If you are in mid-Missouri, copies can be purchased at Yellow Dog Bookshop (8 S. 9th Street, Columbia, MO) Most orders will be shipped via the USPS once payment has been received.
